Peninsula Development Group Pty Ltd (PDG) is a wholly Australian
owned, private property development company under the guidance of
CEO Simon T. Morris. PDG specialises in the creation, development,
construction and management of vibrant retail, residential, industrial
and commercial projects, within the growing and dynamic regions and
metropolis throughout Australia.
The collective experience and industry profile of PDG is based on
many successful projects forged on trust, collaboration and mutual
rewards, undertaken by a specialist and experienced team second to
none, with a proven track record of delivery.
In partnership for over 35 years the same two founders continue
to have an active involvement in the business. During this period,
the group has undertaken numerous developments in all sectors of
the property market across Australia.
PDG’s Joint Chairmen David Goldberger and David Wieland are
renowned for their creation and operation of the Solo Oil and more
recently the Liberty Oil Corporation petroleum chains. From
humble beginnings they now control a corporate empire which includes
PDG, Liberty Oil Corporation, Austexx (DFO), Integradent, and Octopus
Media, together with many other business interests. Their exposure
to the property development sector through various controlled companies
including PDG, has led to them undertaking property developments
incorporating many leading Australian and International companies.
